One word- AMAZING!!! Being injured, sick, post surgical or old-whatever it may be- is a very vulnerable scary time for all of us. You read so many reviews they become confusing. But Executive by far exceeded any possible expectation I could’ve had! I was going on my second surgery and very scared and had very limited to no weight-bearing.  From the very first contact Michael was sooo friendly, prompt, sincere, warm, helpful, thoughtful, empathetic and extremelyyyy responsive. (Beware, some shady places start the process but then disappear or never come thru, charge upfront admin fees or are not transparent.)

Executive/Michael was so above and beyond even after 5 PM!!! There’s no sales pitch. There is no hidden agenda in their paperwork and they are very helpful and flexible. I’m a lawyer… Trust me…I read everything. And their prices are extremely reasonable.

You read about how many places send you all different Caretakers or some don’t show up or you can’t reach anybody…I’m telling you.. Executive was stellar!!! (When you’re hurting or scared or sick, you don’t need to be dealing with paperwork and reviewing Billing and fighting with the service to even get back with you, especially if someone doesn’t show up.) You can rest easy with Executive.

Now, let’s move onto the caretaker- I had Maria! WOW! She’s incredible-She is sweet, so helpful, energetic, she does not have a lazy bone in her body. She is so warm, kind and makes you feel completely comfortable, even being so vulnerable and I felt so safe with her. And she’s an incredible cook! ;)

Michael will definitely work with you and your personality to find someone that’s a good match- which is reallyyyy important when you’re not feeling your best. He just wants to make sure you’re happy and comfortable and healing well.

Anything I needed, they were all there for me and immediately! They were always so kind and friendly! The only sad part about getting better was having to say goodbye, for now.

I will always recommend them to everyone -whether someone has a short or long-term need, no matter how serious the condition may or may not be. You will be in safe and very Reliable comfortable hands with everyone at Executive home care! And they are wonderful with Vets. I will miss them!

This has been thorough, and professional from the start. Michael took the time to get very detailed information, to ensure the potential caregivers would know exactly what we were looking for. I am not surprised that the first caregiver we interviewed was perfect!

Michael was there on the first day, to make sure everything went smoothly.

He also followed up at the end of each week.

What can I say about Bridget?  She is amazing!  WE LOVE HER!

She is funny and very personable.  I wish I could afford for her to move in!

She was exactly what we wanted.  she provided support, in the specific manner my daughter needed to receive it.  When my daughter was sleeping, she even looked for ways to  help around the house!
